Bound Srtike

Bound Strike is an AR e-sporting card game. The game objective is to capture more territory then opponent. I work as a designer. My duties include:
  • Design cards and tune every detail in the battle ground.
  • Inductive design methods and help junior designers improving their card design ability.
  • Analysis battle data and balance cards.
  • Host daily test and communicate with testers to make sure the balance quality.
  • Analysis retention data and improve the early gameplay progress.
  • Set all cards image to ensure the consistency..
  • Coordinated with artists and programmers to develop Booster-pack system.
Card Design
One of my primary work in this project is card design. Here are some example of my work:
  • Hosho: Hosho can summon dragon illusion. Once you play a sorcery card, there will be a dragon illusion spawning by her side. The dragon illusion has small attack damage and will disappear by one hit. This card provide a new way of playing. Players try to figure out how to create tons of small dragons and win with great satisfaction. When this card released, our revenue raised very high.
  • Castle Golem: This creature has very high HP. After deploy, it take 10 second to activate. When it activate, its HP recover to full. During the waiting time, the Mana also restore by time. In a latter moment, the player can use more cards to strike back.

  • Undead King: This is a redesign card. The Original ability is create an AOE sorcery once he die. But the AOE damage slowly, enemy creatures can pass through easily. The usage rate of this card is low. This card's rarity is SSR and it is under our expectation. The new idea of this card is to create a vengeance ghost. Once he die, he will return as a ghost continue his fight. When the redesign version updated, it became one of the most popular cards.

 Modern RTS Campaign Design "Age of Mythology: Retold" is the remastered version of the classic RTS game Age of Mythology . Our team contributed to the creation of both the civilization and campaign levels in the Immortal Pillars DLC. In the previous article, I shared the creative process behind the Chinese civilization. Final Fantasy 15 Pocket Edition

Platform:Mobile, PS4, Switch Duration: Jul.2016~May.2017 This game is a lighter version of the original final fantasy 15. In this game, I worked as an AI designer. users can jump into easily. I was responsible for combats and creatures design and edit AI behavior trees. My primary work on FF15 pocket edition was battles in Chapter 7 include the Marobo Boss fight.
